Tracklo is a software product owned and operated by Softleed Tech (SMC-Private) Limited (the ‘Company’), which is responsible for its management, operation, and all related services.

- “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or organization using the Service.
- “Company,” “We,” or “Us” refers to Softleed Tech (SMC-Private) Limited, the legal owner and operator of Tracklo.
1. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete details when creating your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Take full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify our team immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Each account is intended for a single individual or organization. Account sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited.
The service reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, engaging in
fraudulent
activity, or compromising the security of our platform. Users who repeatedly violate the terms may be
permanently
banned from using Tracklo’s services.
2. Subscription and Payments
The platform offers both free and paid subscription plans, each with different features and capabilities. By choosing a paid plan, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Payments must be made upfront for the selected billing period (monthly or annually).
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Failure to process payment may result in account suspension or downgrading to the free plan.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. or required by applicable law. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time, provided that existing subscribers will receive prior notice before any price change takes effect.
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with their subscription. Tracklo may suspend or terminate service if payment is not received on time or if fraudulent payment activity is detected.
- All prices and fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on the user’s billing location.
Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans at any time through the account settings. Any modifications to a subscription will be applied beginning with the next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable Use
To maintain a secure and efficient service, users must comply with the following acceptable use policies:
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.
- No Unauthorized Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform,
other users' accounts,
or restricted areas of the system.
- No Interference: You may not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software that
could disrupt the platform’s functionality.
- Data Misuse Prohibited: You must not collect, share, or misuse other users’ data
without explicit consent.
- You also agree not to use Tracklo for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or developing a competing product. Tracklo reserves the right to suspend access if any such activity is detected
Failure to comply with these guidelines may lead to suspension of your account or potential legal proceedings.
4. Data Privacy
Tracklo is committed to protecting user data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. By using
Tracklo,
you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

services, and ensure security.

- By using Tracklo, you grant the Company a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, host, and store your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. 5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Tracklo, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and
website content,
is owned by Tracklo or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Tracklo’s
services for personal
or business purposes but may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Tracklo’s software or content.
- Use Tracklo’s branding or trademarks without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Tracklo.
- All feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas submitted to Tracklo become the property of the Company, without obligation to compensate or credit the contributor.
Unauthorized use of Tracklo’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
6. Service Availability & Changes
While Tracklo aims to provide a stable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Users
acknowledge that:
- There may be occasional maintenance or service interruptions.
- We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for any financial or operational losses resulting from service interruptions.
- Tracklo may temporarily suspend access to the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such suspension, provided reasonable notice is given when possible.
In the event of a major service disruption, we will communicate updates through email or our official
website.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tracklo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. By using Tracklo,
you acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of
Tracklo.
- Tracklo shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from system outages, bugs, or third-party integrations.
- No Warranty: Tracklo is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, operate without interruptions, or be error-free.
- While we take reasonable measures to protect user data, Tracklo cannot guarantee absolute data security and shall not be responsible for any data loss or unauthorized access resulting from user actions, third-party attacks, or unforeseen technical failures.
- In any case, Tracklo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of Tracklo for their specific needs before using the
service.
8. Termination of Use
Tracklo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following conditions:
- Violation of Terms: Users who breach these Terms and Conditions may have their accounts
terminated without prior notice.
- Fraudulent or Malicious Activity: Accounts involved in fraudulent or harmful activities
will be permanently banned.
- User-Initiated Termination: Users may delete their accounts at any time, and their data
will be removed after a certain period in accordance with our data retention policy.
- Upon account termination, users must export their data before closure. Tracklo may retain anonymized logs for system integrity and legal compliance but will delete personal data within a reasonable period as defined in our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data scheduled for deletion will typically be removed after 30 days from the date of account closure, unless retention is required by law.
Termination of an account does not entitle the user to any refunds unless explicitly stated in our Refund
Policy.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tracklo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Any content or data you submit through Tracklo that infringes on another party’s rights.
10. Changes to Terms
Tracklo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of
significant changes through
email or system notifications. Continued use of Tracklo after updates implies acceptance of the revised
terms. Users are encouraged
to review these terms periodically.
11. Third-Party Services
Tracklo may integrate with or rely on third-party services for certain functionalities. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party systems, nor for any damages, data loss, or interruptions arising from their use.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Tracklo regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tracklo’s parent company, Softleed, is legally registered and operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
