Tracklo offers a free plan with limited features, allowing users to evaluate and experience the platform before subscribing to any paid plan. Because a free version is available, we do not offer a separate trial period.
Refunds are generally not provided after payment has been processed, except under specific conditions described below. Tracklo reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Users remain billable for the entire billing cycle (monthly or annual) if they are listed under Teammates at the start of the cycle, even if they log zero activity. Please adjust your active user list before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
You may replace users during the same billing period without additional cost, provided the total active user count does not exceed the number originally billed.
Example: If your plan includes 10 users and you remove 3, then add 3 new ones within the same billing cycle, no additional charge applies. If you add more than 10 users total, the system will bill for the excess users.
